Catholic Health’s Community Outreach Mobile Unit is bringing FREE health screenings for adults and FREE vision screenings for kids right into local neighborhoods. 

No insurance. No fees. No appointments. 

Note: Kids who already wear glasses aren’t eligible for the vision screening.
