  • 1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock, no added salt
  • 1/4 cup & 2 tablespoons Smart Balance


  • Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
  • Mash the potatoes.
  • Add vegetable stock to desired consistency.
  • Melt Smart Balance.
  • Whip potatoes.
  • Add melted Smart Balance.
