Catholic Health’s Community Outreach Mobile Unit is bringing FREE flu vaccination (senior dose available), health screenings for adults and FREE vision screenings for kids right into local neighborhoods.

No insurance. No fees. No appointments.

Note: Kids who already wear glasses aren’t eligible for the vision screening.
