Community Outreach Bus - February 18

Catholic Health's Community Outreach Mobile Clinical Unit provides free health screenings and a brief cardiac history for those 18 and older—including blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose—as well as patient education and referrals as needed. The hours are generally from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No appointments are necessary. Insurance is not required and there are no fees.
