Turkey Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey meat
  • 1/4 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/8 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil spray

Directions

  • Spray pan with vegetable oil spray. Soften and caramelize the chopped onion, garlic and celery on low heat.
  • Mix all the ingredients and then season.
  • Shape the burgers into 4-ounce servings and grill. Burgers should be cooked until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
  • Serve on multigrain buns with lettuce, tomato, and onions.
