Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia filets
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Spray baking dish with non‑stick cooking spray.
  • Rinse tilapia filets under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Place filets in baking dish.
  • Pour lemon juice over filets, then drizzle butter on top.
  • Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in preheated oven until fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.
