Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia filets
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Spray baking dish with non‑stick cooking spray.
- Rinse tilapia filets under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place filets in baking dish.
- Pour lemon juice over filets, then drizzle butter on top.
- Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper to taste.
- Bake in preheated oven until fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.
