This breakfast bowl is filling, delicious and packed with both pre- and probiotics to fuel your body and boost your gut health.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ½ a ripe banana - sliced
  • ½ cup of berries - blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (or a mix)
  • 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp. of whole jumbo oats – (gluten-free oats may be substituted)
  • 1 tbsp. chopped, mixed nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • Cinnamon for flavoring
Directions
  • Spoon yogurt into a flat, shallow bowl
  • Drizzle honey over the yogurt
  • Top with sliced banana and berries
  • Sprinkle with oats and chia seeds
  • Sprinkle nuts over the top
  • Add a few shakes of grated cinnamon for flavor

Serve immediately and enjoy!
