This breakfast bowl is filling, delicious and packed with both pre- and probiotics to fuel your body and boost your gut health.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt
- ½ a ripe banana - sliced
- ½ cup of berries - blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (or a mix)
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- 3 tbsp. of whole jumbo oats – (gluten-free oats may be substituted)
- 1 tbsp. chopped, mixed nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts or pecans)
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- Cinnamon for flavoring
Directions
- Spoon yogurt into a flat, shallow bowl
- Drizzle honey over the yogurt
- Top with sliced banana and berries
- Sprinkle with oats and chia seeds
- Sprinkle nuts over the top
- Add a few shakes of grated cinnamon for flavor
Serve immediately and enjoy!
