Mercy Hospital offers maternity services overseen by dedicated obstetricians, nurses and support staff who put mothers and their newborns first.

Our hospital offers:

  • A Level III NICU overseen by board-certified neonatologists and physicians with training and expertise to treat sick newborns and premature infants.
  • Classes for new and expectant parents.
  • Support groups for new mothers.
  • Maternal fetal medicine program for expectant mothers classified with a high-risk pregnancy.

Classes & Tours at Mercy Hospital

Expecting a baby? Join us for Your Birth Journey at Mercy, a guided tour and educational session designed to help you feel prepared and confident for your upcoming delivery.
During this session, you will tour Mercy Hospital’s Maternal Child Health Department, including Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, and the NICU. Our experienced nurses will walk you through what to expect during your hospital stay, answer common questions, and introduce you to the supportive environment where you and your baby will receive care.
In addition to the tour, we will provide a brief introduction to breastfeeding basics, including early feeding cues, positioning, and the resources available to support you after delivery.
This experience is designed to help expectant families feel informed, comfortable, and excited as they prepare to welcome their baby at Mercy Hospital.
